The Constitution

The Association shall be called the London and Southern Counties Bowling Association and consist of Private Clubs playing bowls within the counties of Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and Sussex.
