The Constitution

Alterations

No alteration of, or addition to, the Constitution can be made except at the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting and any such proposal should be set out in writing to the Honorary General Secretary of the Association by the Honorary Secretary of the Affiliated Club.

It shall only be deemed to have passed if at least two-thirds of the votes cast are in favour.

The Executive Committee may make, alter or cancel regulations for the proper day to day running of the Association and covering all activities at any time providing that at least two-thirds of the votes cast at the Committee meeting are in favour, such alterations and cancellations shall be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting for ratification.
